About this site

Garden Rooms Huddersfield is an introduction service. We don't build garden rooms ourselves; we put homeowners in Huddersfield and the surrounding towns in touch with a local garden room joiner, and we're open about how that works.

What happens to an enquiry

  1. You fill in the form

    Your postcode, what the room is for, the lie of the garden and how to reach you.

  2. We find a joiner

    We look for a garden room joiner who covers your postcode and builds the kind of room you want.

  3. We tell you who they are

    Normally by the end of the next working day. Nothing is passed on until you give the go-ahead.

  4. They measure up and price it

    You get a written price and decide whether to go ahead. Your contract and payments are with the joiner.

How we are paid

The joiner pays us a fee for each introduction. You pay us nothing, and the price you are given is the joiner's own.

What we don't do

  • We don't build, visit gardens or give quotes ourselves.
  • We don't take payments from you.
  • We don't pass your details to anyone until you agree, and then only to the one firm we name.
  • We don't send marketing.

Prices are typical ranges from published garden room price lists, checked regularly, to help you set a budget. They are not quotes. Planning information is general guidance; Kirklees Council, Calderdale Council, Wakefield Council or the Peak District National Park Authority can confirm what applies to your home.
